Hello LeBron, Thank you for taking time to review our company and services. We are going to address the issues you raised so there is no confusion. Processing Time We have a one to three day processing time and in rare cases up to four days. This is because we do not have an items ready to ship. Every order is decanted after the order comes in so the fragrance is fresh out of the bottle. This processing time is disclosed in your order confirmation email and also disclosed on our website shipping policies page. Shipping Time We offer many different shipping options. Our cheapest and lowest standard shipping costs $4.99 and has a transit time of three to five days. Your Order Was placed on a Tuesday (after hours). Processed on Friday (three days processing). Shipped on Monday. Delivered on Friday (four days transit). You chose our standard shipping option. While it is unfortunate your order crossed a weekend as we are closed, we were within our stated processing and shipping times. As for your issue about the fragrances not being accurate. Our fragrances are purchased from authorized distributors or directly from the brand themselves. We are unsure how or what makes the fragrances inaccurate. Maybe it is possible what you are comparing to is inaccurate? Since you were unhappy with your purchase experience and fragrances, as a courtesy, we have provided a full refund. We recommend not shopping with us and try one of our many awesome competitors like DecantX.com. Regards, Drew

Great customer engagement!
Didn't find every fragrance I wanted to sample, but love the fact that everything comes in a spray bottle and that you earn points for orders and reviews. Getting discounts for helping build the community is a win for everyone!

A Great First Experience!
It was my very first time buying decanted fragrances, and everything from the prices to the selection available, to the layout of the website, to the speed at which everything arrived was just so great. I bought on the same day from another decant website as well, and Decant House was quicker in sending my samples, PLUS they also offer atomizers on their smallest size bottles, which the other site does NOT do, so kudos. Overall, very impressed! Will recommend Decant House and will use it again!
