Hello Moises, This is not a typical problem we have. Especially since the bottles we use have extremely thick glass. In your case, there were two. One 5ml and one 10ml. Is there a reason why you chose not to contact customer service about this issue? We are very reasonable and generous with replacements in these situations. I suspect you may be confusing us with another company which does happen from time to time. If we are mistaken, please contact us to resolve your issue. Regards, Drew
