I was hesitant to order prescription glasses online but I am so glad I took the chance! My glasses are perfect and I paid hundreds of dollars less than the quote my eye clinic gave me on the exact same pair of sunglasses. I will be ordering all of my glasses here in the future! Thanks for the great customer service and awesome experience!

After a long wait, glasses arrived faulty. Cost me $75 to return. The glasses have arrived with them, Ive tracked them. Now they’re not responding & Im waiting for my refund including return costs. It’s a lot of money to be anxiously waiting on. Don’t waste your time!

Hello, Customer satisfaction is our first priority, we are particularly disturbed to hear about your problem with the glasses. This is the kind of occurrence we work hard to avoid. We’d be happy to look into the matter and try to rectify the situation. Again, we are very sorry for the inconvenience. Please let us know if you have any other concerns or questions

These reviews crack me up. I did get my refund along with them cursing me out for being rude as “they’re human too” then asked me to take my negative reviews down. They have bigger issues then just my review. Might I suggest being a legit company with good customer service as opposed to ripping people off? You might be successful then. I’m at a start up and we’d never, ever, ever talk to customers like this company does or blatantly rip them off then blame the customer. Unfortunately for me, I ordered glasses from another company online that was rated top 5 and they’re ripping me off too. Best to stick with buying glasses from a real store IMO.

Waited a month for them to come because they were back-ordered. Received and the rx is correct but the lenses are cut incredibly thick and appear to be separated from the frame because the response time was subpar I’ll be taking them to my home optical provider to fix. Otherwise beautiful frames but not sure if it was worth the wait or hassle.
