DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I placed my order in November it's almost January and still no glasses. I paid the overnight express delivery fee. they do not answer the phone. Don't waste your time and money.

Hi Lavern, We are sorry for the inconvenience. As per the information, when you placed the order, it was back-ordered by the manufacturer. We display the status of each frame on our website, so customers should know before placing the order. Recently, as per your request, we canceled your order and refunded it. We hope to earn your business again in the future and serve you better.

I would give ZERO stars if allowed! They sent the wrong glasses after weeks of waiting and they sent frames that are the wrong brand, Gender, material, color, shape and size! They legit got every aspect of my order wrong! I’m emailing and calling for a refund now! Worst service ever! Do not use this company

Tried to reply to their rebuttal on my 0 star review but unable to so here you have it. There was NO Certificate of Authenticy nor Warranty as stated in my original review. It was a pamphlet pertaining to sunglasses with nothing in re of the authenticity or warranty!!! DO NOT PURCHASE from them if you expect AUTHENTIC PRADA eyeglass frames. They’re KNOCKOFFS!
Response from DesignerOptics.com· Dec 3, 2021
Hi, We are sorry to hear about your experience. During packing a pair, sometime we miss to put authenticity cards in the package. If customer sends us an email, we immediately ship them authenticity card. We directly buy from the manufacturer, all pairs which we sell are 100% authentic and brand new. Please send us an email and we will solve the issue. Thank you for your business with us.

Have contacted customer service numerous times to resolve my issue and keep getting the same robotic responses every time. The glasses I received were manufactured improperly. The lense was made too small to fit the frame and makes a rattling noise when touched because it is moving around. Company says lens sales are final, since they are custom, which I understand, but it can't be final if they were never made to be the right size to fit the frame in the first place. This error is on Designer Optics and I want them to fix their problem and issue me my money back. I have asked for a refund multiple times and they refuse to honor this, even though they did not properly make my glasses. I have now returned the product to the company, filed this review, a YELP review, a BBB review, a dispute with my credit card, and a complaint with the NY attorney general. How do you not refund a customer when you did not live up to your end of the bargain? How can a customer be charged for a faulty product? This business is fraudulent, cares nothing about customer service, or providing quality products.
