I was very pleased with the thoroughness that the sales rep displayed.

The service was good, but operators ran though the prices, due dates, rate changes and so on so fast that it is difficult to understand. although i was satisfied with the over all experience it did seem as if they were trying to run through things so i would not know exactly what i was signing up for. Sort of like verbal fine print.

I was greatly satisfied with everything that was going on. The technician explained all that needed to be said said in professional way. They gave me great instructions and information on how to use the equipment. They provided all the answers to my questions. They took their time and didn't rush into things. The service was a great and I greatly appreciate it. Thank you
