I didn't know anything about direct tv when I called the representative was knowledgeable and helpful explaining everything. I feel good about my purchase and know exactly what I'm getting for my money.

It would have been much better if the terms were stated clearly. I don't feel that the tech did that at first, I had to dig for information. It was sugar coated.

The young lady that assisted me was VERY proficient at her knowledge about the services. I enjoyed her taking the time to explain to me how this service the best for me. I am no stranger to the TV business and all associated service agencies and this is the bright spot in the morass of poor providers. I look forward to this service and its provided services.

i have only had 6 channels the past 1 yr i have lived here and it's wonderful now to have more to watch on my brand new TV the installer was fast in doing his job very nice guy. Thanks for the fast service & i hope everyone at Direct TV has a very Merry Christmas Thanks again
