Look, I just want to post this review before ANYBODY comes on here and says anything negative. There has been so many reviews on here about false positives with NO EXPLANATION. You never stated when you retested, who you retested with or even give any details. I seen a lot of people base it off of ultrasounds and looks. Please understand that by you going on here and posting these reviews you are freaking so many of us woman out! You are throwing our anxiety to the roof and making us question our results everyday and it’s a TERRIBLE FEELING. Please if you are that sure you received a false positive or negative please be in detail when you post a review and go report to the BBB etc or even give us a way to contact you if anything! My heart goes out to everybody that deals with this. It’s hard and if you did recieve a wrong result I understand and I pray to god you didn’t. But coming on here and posting stuff like this with no explanation is breaking the hearts of many of us because we are scared of the “what if’s” I’m praying for all of us. The ddc has been amazing to me and when I’m due I will make sure I come back and leave an awesome review. I have talked to so many woman and they confirmed there results and the ddc was correct. But please just think about others as well and be in detail please. It’s hard enough.

Why do you guys delete reviews? I saw the tim ever post, and now you guys reported it why?? If your test are accurate then bad reviews should not be deleted. You guys should not do that.
Response from DNA Diagnostics Center· May 18, 2020
Hi, Ariana. A company cannot delete a review...only Trustpilot can. If any reviewer makes claims that cannot be proven and does not respond to requests for information, then that review is suspicious. We have a responsibility to our customers and potential customers to investigate claims and make sure Trustpilot visitors are provided with accurate information.

This review is for the expecting mommy’s, I did the prenatal test months ago, and I started searching information about it. I was so happy with the results till I saw a post here my pregnancy was ruined completely I didn’t enjoy because of the frustration, and I was scared. My baby is going to be born in 3 weeks approximately and I decided to pay for a 3D 4D ultrasound because of the last review so I can see the face of the baby, I was in shock when I see her face, she has same as her daddy is almost unbelievable they look the same, some people don’t trust in ultrasound but if you see my pictures you are going to agree with me. In conclusion DDC was right with the results, if you decided to do this test trust the process and results don’t do same mistake that did, pushing the baby dad away the whole pregnancy and crying every day, stop checking for reviews because you never know the true behind the post, try to enjoy your pregnancy.

After I seen that review that was posted about a false positive I just want to ball my eyes out and cry. I was finally starting to feel at ease with my results and starting to finally breathe. But now the anxiety is triggered again. I shouldn’t have to go through this at all and should be able to put my full trust into you guys because this is so unhealthy on my baby and triggers postpartum after birth. I don’t know what to believe at this point. I got tested when I was about 9 weeks and I got the answer I wanted and was extremely happy. I want an explanation on all of this because why would somebody go out there way to post a long review like that just for it to be false. Please explain to me because I’m up with no sleep in tears. Please the person who wrote the review is there any way you can contact me personally even if I can just contact you through email? My heart is very heavy for you. Nobody should have to go through this. EVER.

Hi, Sarah. People have all kinds of reasons for posting the types of reviews they do, and not being sure about the paternity of a child by its very nature is a highly-stressful experience. Our job at DDC is to put doubts to rest, and we take that responsibility very seriously. We've been in business for over 25 years, maintain the highest levels of laboratory accreditations, and have helped millions of customers get accurate answers. Be assured our prenatal paternity test is scientifically-proven, AABB-accredited, and accurate. If you want to talk about your specific results, you're welcome to contact manager Marc Brown at 513-645-8881.

This is a reply back to my last post. How accurate are the Prenetal Paternity test? Have you guys ever given a false negative?
Response from DNA Diagnostics Center· May 1, 2020
Thanks for reaching out again. The DDC prenatal paternity test is as accurate as a postnatal test, and ours is the only test accredited by the AABB. This means our processes and reports meet the highest standards. All results are confidential. If you have additional questions or concerns, you are welcome to reach out to us directly at 800-831-1906.

Why don’t you guys run the Y chromosome since my son is a boy!!! You guys are so pathetic 2 very accredited company’s say different then ddc does and they suggest a lawsuit against ddc defintely considering
Response from DNA Diagnostics Center· Apr 24, 2020
Hello, Casey. We've already addressed your concerns in the review you left yesterday. We provided testing services for the third party you purchased from; you did not purchase from us directly. If you'd like a different test performed, like a Y chromosome test, you are welcome to contact the company from which you ordered. We are not allowed to perform any other tests with the samples provided for the first test. As mentioned in your other review, we performed the test all over again with the samples we were provided to test and the results were the same as the first test. We maintain the highest levels of accreditation possible. If DNA from the same parties submitted for the first test is also submitted for testing at a different lab, you can expect the results to be exactly the same. Since you claim two other labs provided different results, we highly recommend that you provide those results to the company from which you ordered the test so that they can be compared to ensure the same DNA was submitted.

If I could leave negative stars I would. I called after they texted me and I received the worst service I’ve ever received from a business is my entire life. I spoke with a Rep by the name of Sabrina. She was horribly disrespectful, after denying me to speak to a manager or supervisor, she hung up rite in the middle of me talking. She never listened to me not one time. Businesses like this don’t deserve our money. She should be relived from her duties as she makes the business look very bad. Sabrina blames me for having a attitude. Sabrina also said if I leave a review she will see if she can go and like it to show me how much she doesn’t care. She has no care for the life of the business neither does she care about the business reputation. Horrible and I will never deal with this company again. Insensitive to the critical situation. I will contacting the BBB as well.

Hi, Antoine. Each representative speaks with hundreds of customers a day and we take pride in treating each person with understanding and respect. We listened to the call and you're absolutely right. You were not treated professionally and this representative will receive additional training. I understand you've spoken with a manager and she did everything possible to make things right. On behalf of the entire DDC family, please accept our apologies.
