The service was great, but Now I’m worried because of the bad reviews about the prenatal paternity test. I have no peace now And I was so happy with the results. I don’t know if the test was good or not. This situation is driving me crazy can someone share information with me. Today It was confirmed that I’m having a girl, DDC was correct with the Gender of the baby and I feel better about the results.

It is so disappointing that a place that deals with DNA and people's personal lives has such poor service. When I first was debating whether to purchase a paternity test for myself and my alleged birth father, I was getting calls nearly every few days from a woman named Sandy who was hoping to help me out. The second I finally decided to pay the couple hundred dollars, she seemingly disappeared and suddenly became difficult to reach. I never got an invoice as promised from her as my proof of purchase. I was guaranteed to have my results in just a couple of days. My swabs were sent in by myself and my alleged birth father on 12/16. I understand the holidays passed but I have heard nothing. How do I know our samples were received? I have left this Sandy woman a message and never heard back. Every time I call the DDC number I am left on hold. This is a terrible way to treat people who trust a company with their genetic history and money! I have still YET to hear anything. The whole situation is suspicious-- no email confirmation, no case number for me to have on file, no way for me to track my samples and progress on my case? It's an absolute disgrace. Do not purchase from here.

Hello. A few months ago, I did a paternity test during pregnancy. I am satisfied with the result and the service, but I would like to ask what is the chance of your company response being incorrect? Have there been any cases where the answer to the test was wrong and you will find out later? What is the guarantee of the answer?

It is incredible every time the mind tries to be in peace, negative reviews come from someone. but do you play with people and their tests ?? I'm tired!

I had no bad experience with customer service my emails were answered and the people who answer the phone seemed lovely after reading a review below I also received the U.S version of results with no detailed information at all it is very hard to trust results

am happy with the results of the prenatal paternity test but I hope they are correct given that in other parts of the world they say that the non-invasive test is not accurate and can make mistakes. we will see at the birth of the child if ddc was wrong

I did a prenatal paternity test in pregnancy. on your reviews they talk about incorrect results. do I have to worry? usually the tests are wrong, claiming that an alleged father is not when he is the father instead? let me understand. what should I do? do I change company and do the test again?

This review is specifically about my experience with the customer service at DDC. Michelle (Rep from Cincinnati office) walked me through the process which I highly appreciated because then it didn't seem like I was just paying a lot of money for something I didn't completely understand. She was patient in answering all my questions/clarifications and even gave me a call back contact number just in case. I didn't feel rushed and was given time to think about moving on with the DNA test. She was very personable and our exchange was seamless. As for the testing, I have no worries with the rest of the process because I know all about waiting times when dealing with the immigration and Michelle was clear with where the hold up might be. Overall I am just very happy and satisfied that she made the whole thing easy on my end hence my review.
