Great product and exceptional customer services. Even if I have made error in forgot to remove the auto-subscriptions. They will help to resolve my issues and try their best to make the customer satisfy. I have full confident with Double Wood Supplements. Their Serrapeptase is great quality and good value.

Having a bit of difficulty ordering online, I called the customer service help number. WOW what a wonderful surprise, they answered and assisted with my user-error problem. In addition, offered additional information about the product I was purchasing. Definitely, give Double Wood an opportunity to gain your business.

Every supplement that I have ordered from Double Wood has been of the highest quality, and their customer service is exceptional. I had tried one supplement that didn’t work for me personally, and after receiving my comments offered and delivered me a full refund.
