OUTSTANDING.

Solid kitchen knives that now live in my knife roll for work. I've already started breaking them in and can say that they're worth every penny.

Good products at usually good prices (as always, be an informed shopper). My only complaint would be that sometimes the shipment date moves out from the estimated ship date on some pre-order products. Probably to be expected but when you are used to 2 day shipping it can be annoying.

Drop customer service is extremely responsive, which translates to a sense of security in purchasing products. Knowing that they are fair in working with me to resolve an issue to my satisfaction is immensely reassuring.

Could there be an option for faster shipping? I’m sure I’m not the only one willing to pay extra for it.

Over all very happy, but I received a 110V La Figaro 339 instead of a 230V. It was not possible to exchange it for the correct version. I would like to see that Drop assumes responsibility for delivering the wrong item even if they did not ship it. I still bought it from Drop. That aside, I am very satisfied with Drop.

Good stuff, clear website, shopping history with receipts available - needed for EU customs. Sometimes product descriptions inaccurate, and shipping times to Scandinavia quite long

I have been with Drop since 2016. I did have one small problem with my first order, but that was resolved. Every product I have received has been excellent, and I will continue shopping with drop!
