Hello Kevin, Thank you for your feedback. We received your sample on September 10th, and the results were uploaded to your online portal on September 24th. This aligns perfectly with our standard turnaround time of 3 weeks from the sample's arrival at our lab. You should have received several emails regarding the status of your sample and results. It's possible that these emails ended up in your spam folder, and I sincerely apologize if that occurred. If you haven't logged into your online portal to check your results or if you need help doing so, please let us know! We would be more than happy to review your results with you!

We received your sample on November 9th, and your Nutrition DNA Report was uploaded to your online portal on November 25th, which is right in line with our standard turnaround time of approximately three weeks from the date we receive your sample at the lab. You should have received several email updates regarding the status of your sample and results. However, it's possible that some may have landed in your spam or junk folder — and we sincerely apologize if that caused any confusion. If you haven’t had a chance to log into your portal yet or if you need any help accessing your report, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
