Our Ancestry DNA Test, which is no longer part of our current offerings, was designed to provide insights into broad regional origins based on available reference data. While we aimed to offer meaningful information, the ability to pinpoint specific countries within Europe can be limited. We truly understand your desire for more detailed information, and your input helps us improve how we communicate what each test can and can’t offer. Regarding the return shipping, you're right — our prepaid labels are currently only valid for U.S. domestic returns. We understand how frustrating unexpected costs can be, especially for our international customers, and we’re working toward more transparent communication around this and, ideally, broader return options in the future.
