We’re sorry to hear about your frustration and understand how stressful shipping and filing issues can be. After reviewing your case, it appears the BL number used in the filing was ultimately correct, and the issue stemmed from the shipping line’s filing on their end rather than an inability to edit the information within our system. That said, we understand the experience was still frustrating and time-consuming, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. Our team is always happy to assist in situations like these, and we’re continuously working to make the process as smooth and clear as possible for our users.
