Second EK tech help for installation. Eric was very careful to listen to my problem and helped me work around the link for screen share which did NOT appear on MacBook Pro screen as expected. The first person—like myself did not understand what was meant by Installer demanding pw…not identified as Mac pw or Apple ID … mystery. Once we figured that out and could finish installation, we were good. Treat him well good for EK.

Purchased Microsoft Office. Great product at a great price. Very easy to download! Quick response to questions. After buying it for my computer I purchase it for my wife's with a 15% off coupon.
