This company is a scam! They trick you into purchasing the wrong software then say they will help you find the correct software at a 20% discount! OMG, couldn't believe it!

I purchased a copy of ProPlus2019Retail this afternoon (06-14-21) and had issues downloading the files. (Order #2250, Charles Freise). I hung my head in shame and entered the chat queue for assistance. Jesus came on a few minutes later and assisted me through a failed download, a corrupted file download, computer lockup requiring a restart, failed zip-file extraction, and so on. Throughout the process, Jesus maintained a professional, courteous, patient demeanor. He went above and beyond the normal requirements to ensure the ProPlus2019 software was installed correctly and each app/program was operating. After almost 90 minutes of on-line assistance Jesus earned the "Lifesaver Award" from me, if there was a way I could give him a bonus I would. Excellent customer service, excellent composure, a unrelenting determination in resolving the myriad of issues encountered, and steadfast perseverance in ensuring a successful outcome. Never before I have encountered the problems and issues as I did this afternoon, Jesus deserves special recognition for his skills and ability to overcome all the problems thrown our way.

I had just recently got my laptop fixed and had to get a new hard drive put in so that it could run faster. So, I needed to get Microsoft Office again. I loved the fact that I could get the lifetime license. I was able to enter the Product-Key that EK Software sent me in my email & I had no issues downloading it at all. The best part about this is that I not only have the latest version of Office but I get to save all my docs to my PC!! They are definitely very legit! I'll definitely be recommending them to everyone I know who needs Office for sure! The representatives that I spoke to on the phone were always very professional & super helpful!

I purchased Microsoft office and they initially sent me the wrong product key (it was already claimed). Daniel from customer service was kind enough to quickly send me a new key and even waited until I fully downloaded, installed, and signed into Microsoft to make sure everything was ok.

John was very patient and helpful. My computer is slow & he had to wait on it. He did an excellent job and I would highly recommend him. Thank you John.
