Jesus did a wonderful job of explaining the license and purchasing process specific to my needs. I needed to know if I had to be on the same computer I was purchasing the product from, which I don't. He also told me I didn't have to make multiple purchases from each computer, and could be done in one transaction, and following each license link from the computer of my choice. Lifetime license is awesome. Thank you Jesus for all your help!

There are two parts of being a great tech person, one is knowledge based and the other is being a great communicator. Daniel did both exceptionally well. He was thoroughly competent in uncovering every left behind application of Office 365. It required going to my laptop as well as the desktop to uncover the problem. He was patient when I had to search for passwords that I hadn't used in 6 years, and even called me back to let me know to uninstall the Office 365 on my laptop so it wouldn't continue to try to get "accidentally opened." This took an afternoon, but it was worth in and I appreciate his service.

I was having trouble downloading MS Ofc 2010 on my older MS XP computer. Jesus offered to take over my computer and handle the download and installation of my software. He did an excellent job! I give Eksoftware and Jesus 5 stars!

Daniel did a terrific job for me and had patience with both me and my slow computer. I tried to install Office 10 twice and was never able to make it happen. If I ever have to deal with you folks again, I hope I get him to help me. Thanks again for your assistance.
