This experience has been amazing! Right from the start Lucy sent me texts/emails regarding my purchase. The customer service has been second to none! The quality and craftsmanship of my bag is incredible, the leather is luxurious. The magnetic box and dust bag it came in was the cherry on top! I have recommended to several friends and I will definitely be purchasing a second bag soon!

Cheap Quality
I ordered the LV Neverfull bag and LV Sarah wallet. Firstly, I agree with the other reviews commenting on the packaging. My items were shipped in a bag which I thought was odd to begin with because why would we fold up a purse to ship in a bag? Secondly, upon opening the bag there was an overwhelming smell of harsh chemicals. Both the bag and wallet smell awful. Thirdly, the bag quality is very poor. The “gold metal” pieces on the purse are just gold plastic and the clasp to shut the purse isn’t even real so you cannot use it. The handles also look very fake and brittle. I messaged customer service (and they have been very nice - only reason they are even getting the two stars at all) and while they have offered to send me a new item of my choosing - they are telling me I need to pay $150 for shipping. If I didn’t like the first item, why would I waste $150 more dollars on another? It seems quite impossible to get a refund or anything because then they also tell you to return something you have to pay $200 for shipment back to Hong Kong. Will not be purchasing from this company again.

Regarding the odor you mentioned, due to the packaging and enclosed shipping conditions, there may sometimes be a temporary smell. This usually fades after a few days when the items are placed in a well-ventilated area. That said, we truly appreciate your feedback and will continue improving in this aspect.
We always strive to ensure that every detail closely resembles the original version. However, I sincerely apologize that the items did not meet your expectations in terms of quality and packaging.
The reason we offered you a complimentary replacement item (valued up to $459) is because we genuinely want you to have a better experience and feel satisfied with your purchase, while also helping you avoid the inconvenience and high cost of returning the original item.
Regarding the $150 fee, this is intended to partially cover shipping and taxes. However, if you are not comfortable with this, we are absolutely open to discussing and adjusting the solution to better suit your situation.
Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, and I truly hope we have the opportunity to make things right for you. Our support team will reach out to you directly to further discuss and find the most suitable resolution.
