I spoke with Jessica today about a policy that my dad purchased for his car but then ended up trading it in for a new vehicle. She could not have been more understanding of the situation and fully refunded my dad's payment for he was in his 30-day window, no questions asked. I truly love this company, I’ve been with them for a year and I don’t think I’ll ever change. With covid came hardships and that made it way harder to pay for and afford things the Elearas group have helped me so many times from when I was just worried about a policy or when I called to see if I could get my payment lower so I could keep my coverage they did what they could to help!
