It’s a good bike but the charger doesn’t not lasts long

I bought this ebike for my son and he likes it much better than his last one. It seems to be built very well for the price. We had one problem with it so far but the customer service is great at helping with the small issue.

I had an issue with my key and the support team was very responsive. They were helpful, knowledgeable, and were able to help me with a remedy to my issue. 10/10 couldn’t be happier!! The scooter I have is great with speed and distance.
