Out of all the ebikes I have bought this EoEotwo E01 is absolutely the best one yet! I have already put 500 miles on the bike and never had an issue! But of course finally the bike has had an issue code error E07!!! I was sure nervous about this and how the warranty would handle this. Surprise! It was an absolute breeze! I contacted the manufacturer on a Friday and received a response that night with pictures and details on ways I could help the diagnose the issue and let me tell you it was very simple! Every single day I had a detailed response and help to figure this issue out! After sending pictures back and forth for only 2 days they have sent me a brand new motor with no issues, they are excellent with customer service! And make some amazing e-bikes! Would love a chance to test some more e-bikes from them out in the future! Just great!

The Experience was phenomenal... Scooter came ahead of schedule. Assembled it and had the Young Lady ready to Ride in about 30 minutes.. In less the 4hrs the Young Lady took a spill and left the scooter inoperable.. This was on A Friday after 5pm CST on Memorial Day Weekend... I Reached Out Not Expecting A Response until Monday.. Customer responded that night.. Rectified the problem.. Covered 2 of the 3 parts that I needed for free.. Solid Company!!!

GT06 scooter is smooth ride also when my rear shock absorber broke off after 3 yrs of riding I contacted the eoeotwo company sending the a pic and information about the rear absorber they right away contacted me and offered a good deal for a new rear shock absorber. Ms. Huang who help me was professional and helpful.
