I knew I was stepping into a complex task when I was asked to administer a family member's estate. No planning. No will. I quickly realized that staying organized and keeping track of details was essential to getting to the finish line. EstateExec was exactly what I needed. I was searching for advice, a checklist, a log, a spreadsheet template--just something that would keep me on track. I got much more than all that! As I worked through the tasks, I went from confused to confident. The value of this tool far exceeds the cost--especially when you are going through probate and must have an accurate and thorough accounting.

When I found EstateExec I felt more comfrontable covering all the requirements of a Trustee and Executor for my Uncle's Estate. I like the different access levels for my back up to be able to see whats happening.

I love the program so far. We are kind of stuck in the waiting process now for the Probate court paperwork, however, I have been able to load some detail into the program so far but cannot wait to get the rest in there. I am an accountant/financial analyst, and this program is literally the Quickbooks of the Estate world. It is layed out in detail and very easy to use. I even told our Attorney about it and showed it to them. They said they may have to pass the word on to other clients. There are still several tasks to complete and go thru but I know that I can definitely reach out if any questions come up, as I am sure there will be. This was a very sudden situation that we found ourselves not prepared for, but this program is like having your own tutor sitting with you.

Really good software to help you keep track of everything estate related and keep you on task and moving forward. The AI tool is particularly helpful when you are filing confusing or vague court paperwork, especially if you are Executor, trying to do this without an attorney. Keeps the records and prepares the reports you'll need to file with the court for you.

If you are an executor you need this program. Period. Full stop. Everything you need to know, by state. Share with accountants and lawyers to save time and money. Even shared tips and jokes.. read the one on cancelling subscriptions. Buy it.

As someone who works with a significant number of estates, I fully intend to incorporate this into my business. It streamlined the administration process and took the guesswork out of what needed to happen next.

I used 2 licenses for EstateExec to work on my late sister's estate and trust. The site is very easy to understand and use. The folks there were fantastic whenever I contacted them with questions - they responded very quickly and always had a complete and competent answer. I'm smart, but inexperienced in estates, wills and trusts. I was working with 9(!) beneficiaries which on some levels made things exceptionally complicated. Using EstateExec to organize my tasks and (very important) DOCUMENT my actions was so valuable!! Highly, highly recommend if you are an executor and/or trustee!
