I have already emailed regarding my total dissatisfaction with this item. The area open for vac is too large and the teeth are too short. Result is fur builds up on the teeth and the vac doesn't pull it in. I've asked for help replacing it but no response yet.

Had to replace a very old bag which tore while removing to empty it. Replacements are the correct ones. Took a long time due to that COVID thing and cross border shipping. Also, expensive due to exchange rate and cross border delivery, but, it is what it is. Thank you for carrying the product and the service
