Very crappy company. Bought a battery for my electric broom twice and both times the battery did not work. I returned the second one and they did not even give me a refund for it.

I was please with the selection of bags. The ordering process was easy, pricing is great. However I submitted a question regarding the bags. That was 2 weeks ago and haven't had a response. But company is great

The product and price were good but.... an issue came up with shipping. Evacuumstore used the USPS which did not recognize our new home's address. The package was returned to evacuume's local post office. In order to get a refund I would have wait until the evacuumstore retrieved my package from the post office. It took more than a month (maybe two) before a credit came through on my account. The person that spoke to me on the phone was not interested in being helpful.

They always have what I need for my vacuums, fast shipping and great prices.

This company has ripped me off for 370 Dollars They refused to reimburse me when I called They said I did not have an account there with positive proof that I did most certainly did then hung up on me
