They didn't do anything to resolve the issue with the caller id

Hello Timothy - We understand your frustration regarding the caller ID display for your new number. Unfortunately, virtual phone service providers are currently unable to update or request toll-free caller ID changes. The original carrier may update the caller ID in the future, but we cannot guarantee when this will occur. As per our email, we can assist you in finding an alternative number that suits your business needs.
