Great product although there are…
Great product although there are apparent issues with verification for credit card purchases. I bought a pair of sunglasses and the purchase went through although several days later I received an email from eyeons asking my to cancel the order and reorder via Zelle or PayPal or send a picture ID and a picture of my credit card. It was rather ridiculous, but several days later they were able to “verify” me as an authentic person or something. I did ultimately receive exactly what I ordered at a great price but it was frustrating.

We deeply apologize for the difficulties you faced but to clarify the picture, the payment verification process is just for security and it is done through the bank through which it is confirmed that the card is used by its owner only. It's recommended to type the right billing address during checkout to avoid any payment verification. Once again I apologize for the inconvenience or confusion this might have caused and thank you for your feedback.

Customer Service was very helpful before my purchase of my Mens eyeglasses and delivery was ahead of schedule and I am very, very, pleased with the quality of the frames i received and will be ordering another pair this year, and probably each year from this point on. Thank You Again.
