The price was unbeatable. It did take a bit longer than expected to get it shipped, but when I contacted them, they were SO helpful and assured me that they were on the way.

placed order on Nov 6th, they shipped the product Nov 15th!!! No communication from EyeOns about why the delay, no apology, nothing! Will not be using them again. PS. It's Nov 16th today, according to the tracking #, the glasses are scheduled to arrive Nov 19th! So that's 14 days till product in hand. THANKS EyeOns

Dear Jigar. We apologize that our service did not satisfy your expectations. All of our orders are shipping in 5 business days, due to the fact that items are coming directly from the factory. Your order was shipped out within a timeframe and tracking number was provided. Hope you are happy with the item you have received.

I chose this site because the price was very competitive and contained all the necessary information I needed before ultimately purchasing from them. They were quick to register my order and provide tracking information on the order. Where my experience isn't 5 stars, which is not the fault of the company, is with the carrier. I find that UPS is always a day or 2 late from the estimated delivery date.
