Dear Veronique, Thank you so much for taking your time to leave us such detailed feedback. We are extremely sorry that your experience didn’t match your expectations and we'll use this feedback to improve our service. It is an uncommon instance where we do receive defective frames but unfortunately it does happen. We try to correct these situations before shipping the frame out to the customer and that of course creates additional delays.
