Be careful. I paid an order with visa credit card and they are asking me to re-pay with PayPal and then they will refund on my original credit card. I suppose it is a fraud. We will keep you informed. Filippo
Response from EyeOns™· Jan 27, 2025
Dear Filippo, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand your concern and want to clarify that the payment verification process is a standard security measure designed to protect the credit card owner. Sometimes, payment providers flag transactions due to an incorrect billing address or other suspicious activity. Occasionally, a customer may accidentally enter the wrong billing information, which is why we request verification to prevent any issues. To ensure the safety of both the buyer and the seller, we offer alternative payment methods like PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle, which can provide additional protection during the transaction. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at (888) 808-2804 or email us at [email protected]. We are here to help and explain the situation further. Best regards, Sam
