The representative was great She replaced a box that was not your fault Apparently it's been stolen off the row and mailboxes during the holiday.

Beware of how sneaky they are charging you. I am going to have to change my card actually bc I cannot get them to stop charging me. I have canceled it and sent an email and no change to actually charging me and sending things. This is a dishonest company: I never signed up AT ALL for a styling box and yet I continue to get charges and boxes in the mail.

Customer service agent resolved issue quickly and efficiently without having to check with supervisor or escalate. I always appreciate when companies empower their customer service agents to actually solve issues rather than making the customer angry and frustrated with endless hoops to jump through to have an issue resolved. Also, it’s 2:00 AM EST and their agents were online. THAT’S SERVICE!!! Thank you!

I was very satisfied, until I did not receive a certain pair of earrings. Fab fit fun corrected the mistake. I have still decided to not renew my membership. Seems like the products are in a falling off point.

What I thought was an e-mail to place my choices was really to get me to purchase additional items. I did this on my phone and I will admit I should not have done that. I looked back at my e-mails and I was never given a choice of anything. The e-mail never came but the charge sure did. My box came today and it definitely is not worth $200. The biggest item was an ugly gray scarf (which I live in New Orleans and will never need) and the rest of the items looked like leftovers. I was so excited with my first box and then they got me. I'm so disappointed and will never recommend this service to anyone. $100 later and all I got was trash!!! Customer service is even worse. There are no refunds. Remember that when you sign up.

All members have the opportunity to customize their boxes, and each season, we offer the option to purchase more than one item at an additional cost. Signed up for the seasonal boxes. (Leanne Morgan sold me on these! So fun!!!) I wish I could add a subscription to my account for my best friend. If they would add this as an option I would give 5 stars. The add a box in the “Shop” wouldn’t allow me to make the same choices as my box so it didn’t work for me and I’m not a fan of gift cards.

I was super excited to get a free box and try FFF per my friends excitement. I got an email on 12/10 stating I’d be charged for my first box on 12/11. Since it was the holidays I decided to cancel (just for the winter so I can spend money on gifts for family). I cancelled at 5:09pm on 12/10 the agent assured me (it’s in an emailed transcript) I would not be charged. I was scrolling through my credit card statement and noticed I still got charged. Since they already billed me they could not refund EVEN THOUGH THEY BILLED ME A DAY EARLY! The next agent I spoke to stated that since they charged me at 4:43 pm on 12/10 and I cancelled at 5:09pm they couldn’t refund me! Ridiculous. I kept reiterating that they charged me DAY early and they still couldn’t fully refund me. The agent did refund me 50% of my charged amount but that isn’t the point. 2 stars since the products were good and the second agent was actually able to partially rectify the situation.
