If I could give this box zero stars I would! I am horribly disappointed in the box I just opened! My husband has had a subscription for the last 2 years and I have always LOVED opening my boxes. The box I received had everything just thrown in almost no paper just tossed together! The products I received do not equal the value in recent seasons at all!! A random kind bar? come on FFF do better! We are giving it one more chance before we cancel and tell others in our family to do the same. Thank you for the disappointment this holiday season

I received the wrong box, called and was told my correct box would be shipping soon, but that box never arrived. I called CS again and Lette identified the issue right away and made sure my box would be coming ASAP. She was very friendly, apologized for the error, and assured me it would be resolved promptly.

I really wanted to like them but shipping is the worst. I understand Covid delays, but no other vendor I work with has these issues. My current order that was guaranteed before Christmas was placed on Black Friday. According to my tracking, there is a label for this order but no shipper has even picked it up as of 12/18. My last order took many weeks to ship and then sat at a USPS faculty for a couple weeks before shipping to my PO. I live in the WDC suburbs so shipping is generally not an issue. I called USPS for the last order and was told because the vendor shipped it in the least expensive category, they only put it on a truck when there are no other packages shipped at a higher level. Also, my experience is that they over-sale items such as jewelry from the perspective of their associated retail prices. They often seem unrealistic when received. One item with listed retail prices at more than $100 were an embarrassment to wear or give. If they accepted returns I’m sure they would come back. With that said, their customer service reps are very polite and nice. They are not empowered to help with concerns such as shipping, but you feel like they would try if they could. I’ll be cancelling my membership.

Delayed receipt of my box. Representative said she would reorder if my box hasn’t shipped by Friday. To attempt pre-Christmas delivery.

They have extended delivery date, somewhat annoyed. They sell quickly of popular items on add on. I received an email over a month ago that it was on its way, still no fff box on Nov. 11. It is 12.18. They will also charge you if you b leave items in your shopping cart without confirmation.
