Great box subscriptions, even when they have to change products in the box they have a great customer service that help to find a solution.

I called because I was not happy how our fall boxes (2boxes) were packed. Everything was thrown in the box with no tissue no paper confetti. Everything was literally just thrown in the box and I am considering cancelling my subscription. I’ve been a member since 2017. And to be honest, the boxes have not been what they use to be. I will give the winter box another try. The gal I spoke to was very helpful and gave me a $10 credit with the winter box. The other box is under my husband’s name and email address.

I think that if you are going to buy an extra box in the shop you should be able to see the items in the box! That is why I did not purchase it!

There's been issues with promo codes registering when purchasing annual subscription, I had contacted support and Jigz had informed certain platforms are less favorable and recommended Chrome Internet Explorer and Mozilla Fox for use. A order fulfillment was submitted to deliver previous promo applied. Fast assistance, offered helpful suggestions and corrected the issue. Awaiting my shipping confirmation with tracking information as informed 💖
