I realize that they market was quite busy, but every step took a week or more, it was frustrating. Better communication would have relieved some of the frustration. Over all, though, everything ended up well, we're happy we did it. The person we dealt with directly wa able to answer all of our questions, and guide us through.

All aspects of process were carefully guided by my primary contact. However the process was very slow from fast start to snail finish. Paperwork and consultations were rgular and timely but aprasials were expensive and slow to get. Reverse financing was frustratingly slow taking six months to finish.

Excellent Coaching by my Loan Officer Ryan Wall. He came through with an alternate option when our first choice was eliminated due to the Fed's action on Interest Rates. He promised and delivered more!!!

all I wanted was a reduction in interest. I was promised no closing cost. $2000. my loan balance went from appropriate $330,000 to almost $400,000. lies and deception.
