Achtung, das sind Betrüger. Lieferstatus steht zugestellt, obwohl man nichts erhalten hat. Fall bei PayPal gemeldet und zu Gunsten des Verkäufers entschieden, da angeblich das Paket angekommen ist.

I ordered from this company over a month ago. I didn't receive any confirmation, when I emailed them I was told item had been posted. I was told it was enroute. After 4 weeks I noticed an email saying it had been delivered . I emailed and was told it was lost in transit. I asked for a refund and was told I could get 50% back or wait for the replacement. I'm now told it will be with me within the week

Never received items ordered. Emailed several times.

Order never arrived. They produced a tracking link that was clearly bogus, waited for a month and then it said it had been delivered. Do not buy from this Scam company.

The goods I ordered never arrived. I then had 2 weeks of dealing with a very rude "customer care" operative called Lily who intimated I was a thief and a liar several times before eventually admitting their courier had " lost" the package. I still have no goods and no refund. They claim to have resent it but seem unable to produce an order number or tracking details. Steer clear of this company who sell Dog Stairs/ladders on Facebook.

I made an order through an advert on tick-tock. Didn’t receive the item, emailed the company numerous times, eventually they acknowledged the item was lost in delivery however still refused to give full refund! Very poor
