This company is an absolute Scam! It says they are US Owned, Ships from California 30 Day Returns. I requested to cancel my order 6 hours after I placed it on a Sunday but was told just minutes later they would try to stop the order but was then told it already shipped. (Almost as if it was an AI Generic response) 36 hours had passed before the drone was even picked up, so they could have stopped it but did not. I sent 4 emails requesting to return it and finally got a response on the 4th email I sent. Despite claiming to be US owned and with a return policy listing a US California based address to ship returns, I was told I had to ship the drone back to China only problem is they know this drone cannot be returned to China because it contains HAZARDOUSE Material, AKA Lithium Batteries Read the ABOUT section of the Companies website IT Reenforces being a US based company with a negative stance to a Japanese company only to be a Chinese company doing the same thing! No problem dear, just waiting." "Please have more waiting" That’s what the messages said—canned replies from a Japanese seller after we bought a drone that never showed up. Weeks passed in customs hell. Then it vanished. No refund. No help. No drone. And while we waited, gigs were missed. Shoots got rescheduled. Opportunities passed. All because we couldn’t find the drone we needed from a real shop in the US. That’s when we realized: the real cost isn’t the price—it’s the time you’ll never get back. The lost moments. The only feature on the Flightelf Specter drone worth anything is the air drop feature. The camera quality is subparr and when zooming in on a subject using the controller it doesn't zoom in on the camera. Even the card in the controller doesn't capture the zoom feature. When you pan on any speed the speed is too fast and when you try to slow manually the video becomes very jittery. Even after very careful calibration the Specter will frequently get a mind of its own and start circling out of control. I bought a 2nd after the first one crashed with no compensation provided. It's not my area since my 2 other drones fly straight and true. Periodically when taking a still image the controller screen will freeze which requires hitting the rth button, landing and going through the complete startup process again. If don't need to air drop anything, look elsewhere. So far I'm really happy with the Potensic Atom 2. A review to follow.

The Falcon 'looks nice", but poor performance. Batteries barely hold a charge. After 4 attempts to calibrate, dead. Charged again and same. Did this several days. Could not get GPS to recognize SD, USA. Remote battery no better. Few times it finally unlocked and lifted off, was only up and home. Goes dead, start EVERYTHING all over. Wanted something for few weekends a year for family not business.RETURN process is a mess! After receiving it from USA, I had to send it to CHINA! Contacted for 2 weeks to get permission to return. Said maybe get 70-90% back since 'problem selling as new product'. $86 to ship of course at my cost. Resale is not my issue. I feel they want it in China to see if you really want it returned or a deal! I have also and recommend to anyone else to remember to file dispute on your credit card. Too often out of the country purchases don't get credited.

Well you sent me a broke drone & controller & you will not contact me or anything, so your going to rip me off a disabled veteran & senior citizen who is just trying to make a little extra money so you think it's ok to rip me off, well I hope you go broke.i will not send you a video you assholes, your going to get it sent back to your communists country & YOU WILL SEND ME ALL MY MONEY PLUS SHIPPING & HANDLING FOR SENDING ME GARBAGE.

My wife bought this for me and I never used it wanted to return it have emailed the company several times they refuse to respond, do not but they are a rip off, no customer support at all

Ordered the Falcon drone and when I received it I charged up all the batteries and the remote. When I tried to power on the remote and sync it to the drone the blue lights would briefly flash and then nothing the screen stayed black (never powered on). I email the company several times and nothing they are just ignoring my emails and no other way to connect to them. Horrible company stay away!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered from Flightelf in November of 2021 for a drone. I never received the order and the Shopify status states that my order, five years later, is still "waiting for details". Needless to say, don't waste your time with this. Horrendous and awful scam.

Not a bad drone, but if you break anything or want to return it, good luck. Terrible costumer service and I ordered something from them and never got it. Kind of a scam.
