Well after 15 days my drone did arrive, drone will not power on, piece of junk, defective and now I'm out of my money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

I bought the Cinemaster 2 from this company in May. It did not work right from the start. The camera gimbal did not function. I have been in contact via email with them multiple times and every time they give me the same run around or they don’t answer at all. The requested videos from me which were provided then they stop answering and refuse to fix the problem. They state it works fine even though the camera gimbal is shown on the videos not working. They finally stopped answering me and I am out $550 with a drone that only flies (if the app works). Basically a paper weight. I was forced to go to a different company which is Very Reputable! Do not buy from this scam of a company!! UPDATE …In their reply below they say my controller isn’t connected to the drone. This is a 100% lie. The video clearly shows it is otherwise I couldn’t fly the drone!

I bought 2 drones one came defective and I contacted company within hours of reviewing item and told them of the issues and they want me to pay to send it back to them and that cost almost as much as the drone does! The other I refused at delivery and yet they still haven’t refunded my money even though I do not have possession of the package and have showed proof that the package was refused through the post office! I have read many other reviews and most have had similar issues I’m having! My suggestion do not buy from this company unless your ready to lose money! And also when you try to tell them there is something wrong with device they try to blame you or act like you are doing it wrong!

THIS IS A SCAM! DO NOT BUY! Read below. The very first day my drone came in, I charged the drone batteries and drone remote. - The drone remote died the same day and no longer will charge at all. - The drone will no longer turn on either. - The camera is very loose and unstable so it will not point where you want it to point at There is a "30 day money back guarantee", but that IS A LIE. Within 48 hours of me receiving the drone, I informed them of all the problems. Responses would take a long time to come back to me, and they made up so many excuses. It was going to cost around $210 just to send it back to that company so it wasn't worth returning. I told them I should be given a refund because now I have a completely defective drone and they disregard so much that I tell them. In conclusion, I now have a completely defective drone within 48 hours of receiving. They won't pay for the shipping to send back and it costs almost as much as the drone. No refund or additional parts have been sent. DO NOY BUY ANYTHING FROM "FLIGHTELF". YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! ☆ I AM UNABLE TO RESPOND BACK TO FLIGHTELF REPLY BUT AS YOU CAN SEE, THEY DONT EVEN AKNOWLEDGE THE PROBLEMS I MENTIONED... 1. THE REMOTE DOES NOT CHARGE OR TURN ON ANYMORE! 2. THE CAMERA IS LOOSE AND UNSTABLE! ☆

I ordered a drone from Flight elf for my son's big Christmas gift. It came used and broken. The broken pieces were not in the packaging nor was the packaging damaged. So this damage couldn't have been excused by bad handling in transit. When I tried to reach them I found the email address for complaints on the site was a fraud email and they would never receive my complaint nor concerns. When I found their actual (I think) email and reached out again they never responded. I spoke with PayPal to help. They finally answered PayPal and said if I returned it they would refund me. I have all proof of address and return, I even have the tracking. After months of no resolution, I talked with the postoffice in China an they said Flightelf refused to pick it up. Eventually the post office had to return my return box back to me. I still have had no refund. I have pictures, time stamps and records of everything. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! Check out their Facebook reviews- the same has happened to others.
