Made an order on 25 November, 22 days later no products and no news from the company.

Ordered a HS-02 soldering from the site, complete with the case and replacement tips. Tracking number was there, but the package was stuck for one month in the sorting center. After tracking, the package was returned to sender. Contacted FNIRSI through email ad live chat more than 5 times to demand either a refund, or a resend. Absolutely no replies.

Soldering fan does not power on. Sent video to support. No response.

Item not delivered weeks later, absolutely no reply to various emails sent to them, even sent to multiple contact email address for them, they flat out ignore you. Scammers and theifs, DO NOT BUY!!!

Purchased the HS 02b. The soldering irons screen came with dead pixels. I contacted FNIRSI about this issue and they told me it was dirt on the screen, I was persistent and sent multiple photos explaining that it wasn’t dirt and the pixels were in fact dead. They ignored me until I left a bad review, which they responded to quickly. Eventually, I convinced them that the pixels were in fact dead, rather than offering a replacement, repair or a refund, all of which I would have been happy with, they offered a $4 refund so that I could purchase a new screen and replace it myself which would void the warranty. I told them I wasn’t happy with this and left a 2 star review on their website which I later found out that they had DELETED TWICE.

Una stella non per il prodotto (che funziona molto bene) ma per la sordità dimostrata nella comunicazione. Mi spiego. Il prodotto (un oscilloscopio) è arrivato senza custodia (che era prevista nella confezione). Parliamoci chiaro, una custodia da pochi euro. I molteplici tentativi di contatto sono rimasti, tutto malgrado, infruttuosi. Allestirò il mio laboratorio presso altre aziende.

The courier failed to deliver the items I purchased. When contacting FNIRSI support they did not respond to me emails. Due to zero support I can't recommend buying anything from this company

I bought a NVS-40 night vision infrared but it didn't work. I cannot start it. I tried a different USB-cable to load the internal battery and this could load the NVS-40 and I could start it but shortly after starting it says "mass storage". I checked the inserted 32GB flash card on my laptop and I could format it and store something on it. It's formatted as FAT32. I tried also to format it as ExFAT with the same result. Update: The battery of the NVS-40 has to be charged via a charger, not from a laptop, then it works fine (this info was given by the customer support of FNIRSI).
