Help is always at hand with Formidable
Formidable is a great plugin which I use on numerous websites and when I have needed a little help their support has always been quick, friendly and very helpful. On this occasion I had just missed a step so a simple solution.

Tech support tenacity
Based on my reading of the documentation and what I was doing within the Fforms plugin, I should have seen my expected results but it wasn't so. After creating a support ticket and going back and forth with my first contact, we could not find the solution. When I asked for the problem to be escalated to a higher level of support, Fforms provided me with the solution to the problem within a day, which allowed me to meet a demo deadline. The tech support team stayed with it until a solution was found. If you are wondering was the problem/solution was, here it is; do not use uppercase letters when naming and passing parameters when passing params to a modal popup. Fforms online docs are extensive and it is sometimes difficult to find the answers you want when reading them, but when all else fails, the support team is responsive and has helped me move my project along.

Thanks for sharing your experience and for the helpful tip about parameters! We're so glad our support team was able to stick with it and get you the solution you needed in time for your demo. We know how frustrating it can be when things don't work as expected, and we really appreciate your patience and persistence. We'll keep working to make the docs easier to navigate, but it's great to hear that support came through when it counted!

Have been using this tool for years now. Originally I needed a solution to convert a matrix table into a workable quote form with lookup features. formidable Forms did the job. Very powerful tool and if there is a problem, support and always quick to respond and provide a fix.
