Formidable FormsReviews of formidableforms.com

The support team were so helpful, going above and beyond what I expected. Much appreciated. Would very much recommend.

Amazing Team, Customer Centric and professional,,, they know what they are doing and can support you easily and in an amazing way.

I've been using formidable forms alongside major corporations of the world for many years. If you rely on ease of custom form building, and require conditional logic this is the right product. There are a variety of API opportunities and have great support.

Great communication. I found a bug with the form abandonment feature and they are having the dev team fix it.

I've been using Formidable Forms for a while now, and I couldn't be happier. The plugin is incredibly powerful, flexible, and easy to use—even for more complex form setups. It’s packed with features that make building dynamic, professional forms a breeze. What really sets Formidable Forms apart is their customer service. Every time I’ve reached out, the support team has been fast, friendly, and truly helpful. You can tell they care about their users and stand behind their product. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable, feature-rich form builder with top-notch support!

Once again, Formidable solved my problem quickly and diligently. I was trying to pass data from 1 form to another using a URL query string. Works easy-peasy for all fields, except this time I could not get a Lookup field to use the query string data. I've done this successfully in a previous FF app. But this time I spent days, but just could not figure it. When I finally asked for help, FF Support where on it within hours, dug deep and diligently into my actual app on my site, and resolved it within ~24h. .. was a syntax-type issue that I created.

Anyone who has reached out for tech support knows that the devil is in the details. Support teams are so immersed in the product they often take for granted that end users are not as familiar. Which can lead to frustration and endless back and forth messaging. Not the case with Formidable! Quick, intuitive responses that helped me solve the issue with as little pain as possible. It's a great application and they are constantly updating it to reflect the evolving needs of the community.

Great response!
