I ordered a frame and a stand, they never sent the stand, I asked for a refund, days later i get an email asking if i wanted the stand shipped or a refund, So I responded again, I want a refund, I am still waiting for it 2 weeks later. They do not seem to be very concerned about customer satisfaction.

We're so sorry your order was missing that stand, and for the hassle getting your refund issued! That should have posted back to your card this past weekend, but don't hesitate to let our team know if there's anything else we can do to help.

This was my first order with Fracture. It was quick, I order it online, and got my picture within a few days. It is beautiful. The picture grabs your attention. I love it.

I loved the idea of pronto g on glass. I’ve sold pieces printed on metal, paper, and Duratrans, so a new medium exited me. I was pretty disappointed with the result. While the print does look good, Fracture missed the mark by putting a black backing on the glass. To me, the beauty of glass is, it’s translucent. Why take away the one quality that makes a print of this kind unique? As a result of the backing, I kind of have just another print.
