Freespira for 1…
I actually only used Freespira for 1 week. I found that for my type anxiety it was not a suitable solution. You see I have trouble even sitting still and concentrating for the 17 minutes twice a day. I of course am not glad I can’t do it but oh well. So at my first check in I told the my coach I needed to return it. She seemed ok with it. I asked her about the $200.00 I paid and later a representative called me and said it would not be refunded. I suppose I learned a lesson, but I did want to try.
