Great product

Notifications are very slow, for the moment I check the door the person is gone. I have received notifications 5 minutes later I got into the house. The Battery is running down too fast, the two way talking is not clear, you cannot heard each other with clarity. Honestly, I was expecting more from this product since the price was pretty high. I would never recommend it to my friend. Just a normal lock with password code would be ok.

Although somethings were missing like to download the video, and sometimes the camera glitches a little but overall I feel safe with the camera when I go out. P.S.: Also allow us to change the DNS settings

We are enjoying our GATE lock. One thing that could be improved it battery length. It needs to be recharged every 4-5 days it would be better if it could just be charged once a week.

Fantastic all in one design. I could not find on the market an All in One design that has it all: Video, two way mic and speakers, motion sensor, keypad and physical key, all in one compact device! Plus, when I needed support, they stood behind their product!

Since the update the gate doesn’t work. I’m looking into getting a different system that is reliable.

Overall, the Gate lock has worked very well since I’ve purchased it a couple of years ago. They seem to provide regular updates to improve the functionality, and I’ve had no real hardware issues. I know some folks are upset that there is a premium service to get full functionality, but that is the norm for online video storage systems, and not surprising, or upsetting, to me. Overall great product.
