Good service

I am a small business owner (sports club - fencing) and use Glide for my onboard/membership flow. Glide is a fantastic platform to easily create apps for small organizations. This provides me with a mechanism to provide a modern looking app to my customers.

I have some accounts and use to teach on my class. I love the product and when I needed, you were very supportive. Thank you for that.

It's loading superfast. Looks good on any device. Everything works perfectly (no errors, reloaded etc.) And it gives me so much joy to build with Glide. I'm just a happy human. I remember how Glide used to be 3 years ago and you made so much progress in that time... Love the experience. Btw. Integration with OpenAI is so well-designed... I'm pretty sure there is also automated embedding generation in the backend and integrated similarity search... Amazing job!

Terrible customer service. We were going to launch a product and your app didn’t work with a specific link. We tried to contact customer support but got this AI chatbot that didn’t solve the problem and tried to convince us it was human. After getting a real customer service rep, we got extremely delayed responses and just got rid of most of the app. Only then, we got customer support to understand our problem, but it was useless since the app wasn’t even functional anymore. I don’t think we will continue to use or recommend this product.

The community is awesome! The documentation is simple and clear. We are starting a consulting business where no code tools are the main point!

I very much like the ease by which I can create an app and publish it. I'm not a programmer, yet I can do many things because of the simplicity. I know that if I had more skills, I could do even more - so there are learning opportunities for me. So far, I have published around eight apps and probably will release more in the future as both the need arises and I learn more. Well done Glide.

This is the most amazing thing I've seen in recent years. A solution that allows you to assemble literally on your knee as simple solutions (we used it for self-service kiosks in our chain of stores, for a startup selling products on cruise ships as a reporting environment for the project in the financial part) and for a more serious solution for production. We have created an mvp solution for monitoring production equipment and executing projects in production within two weeks. Without preparation, without development knowledge, a working pwa application on Glide is just a gift. You guys are amazing!!
