Mice broke after a year and a half of use. glorious sends me some thing to fix it. Then, it breaks a year later. The mouse cost me about 150$. Glorious gives me a 15$ coupon off my next order, since it wasn't on warranty anymore... My GMMK Keyboard broke after 2 years and A MONTH of use and it had a 2 year warranty. Glorious gives me another 15$ coupon. what a joke. I have spent almost 1k in glorious products just for half of the stuff to break and I received about 30$ worth of coupon. Never buying Glorious ever again. PS, customer service was really rude, uncomprehensive and stopped messaging me in the middle of a conversation, since they didn't want to help me. Never got any updates back.

I have had Glorious keyboards before, so I bought, from a local BestBuy, another one that I thought was bare bones. It turned out it was a complete keyboard. I'd already ordered keycaps from Glorious, so I wrote, hoping to cancel. Although it was a Sunday, they answered very quickly, agreeing to cancel. Then I had another issue with the RGB lighting that I was too stupid to figure out from their support page. Again (still on Sunday) they got back to me very quickly with the solution, as well as being nice about the fact that I just misread their FAQ

Support was very good. They helped troubleshoot the problem and got it fixed.

I have a GMMK Pro, three glorious model o's (because I couldn't choose what colour). One time something broke the customer service was amazing and gave me a straight refund. Love Glorious they are great and the products are amazing. STAY GLORIOUS

I was excited to try Glorious' keyboard, but I found the quality didn't match the hype. It feels cheap for the price, and the delivery took way longer than expected. For what they charge, I expected more. Not sure I'll buy again.

They where really helpful and the package arived a couple days later so that was nice!
