I received my first order from Godmerch and was well pleased with the quality of my shirt. I placed a second order for three more additional shirts but they were sent to the incorrect address this time. The order was being shipped back to Godmerch. I reached out to customer service and they said they would replace my entire order after me explaining what had happened. I can’t wait to receive my second order and thankful for this understanding company. I will be doing more business with Godmerch and will be recommending to my friends. Thanks for all your help.

Their customer service team was just amazing! There was an issue with my order, due to the information I put in. The team was so understanding, their willingness to work with me to rectify went above and beyond. On top of that, I absolutely love my personalized sweatshirt! Great job, thank you so very much

They said if I would give them a 5 star rating I would receive a replacement for the wrong size that was sent. Hoping they will make good on this promise. It has been a month & I have not received my shirt. Hope it comes soon!

I purchased 4 teachers tees and received in plenty of time. I did proof the names. The t-shirts were excellent quality and the design was as I expected with the exception of grade placed after PreK. I reached out to costumer service and they fixed the problem and replaced all 4 tees at no extra cost to me. I have them in hand and am excited for our team to wear them on the first day of school!

Delivery came quickly. Customer service is top rate!! I accidentally ordered the wrong size and noticed right away so I messaged the company and within an hour they had the order fixed. I could not be more pleased with my Meemaw shirt!! I highly recommend this company!! 👍👍

Poorly made graphic - almost vinyl- like something you’d get as a kid in the 70’s The shirt size was too small - almost a unisex feel to the sizing After three attempts to contact for a return and no response from the vendor I disputed the charge to get a refund. Terrible customer service and cheaply made product.
