Love my new sweatshirt! My husband ordered a sweatshirt for me from this site and it quickly became one of my favorites. When I saw a Mom sweatshirt advertised I decided to order it for my daughter for Mother’s Day. When I received the sweatshirt, it was not what I was expecting. I contacted customer service and explained my misgivings and they offered to replace it with another one. The replacement came very quickly and I am very happy with it. I would have given 5 stars but customer service was very slow to respond to me. It took several attempts to get a response. Once I did it went very smoothly and they were helpful and accommodating. I would recommend this company to friends and family and will purchase from them again.

You can get things cheap quick and quality but rarely do you get all 3 at once. This is not a cheap product but it is super quality and delivery was timely so price becomes reasonable. I will definitely order from here again. Thank you!

Extremely helpful customer service. I accidently put an incorrect address on my order. I reached out to customer service and they responded immediately with a solution. I was surprised how prompt and accommodating they were, what a fantastic company. I would definitely order from here again. I cannot wait to wear my Gigi sweatshirt!!!!!
