GoodLeaf HostingOne of the many reasons we started this company was simply that there was no company that provided reliable services, or even quality support for their mediocre services. Now you have us! We started 5 years ago, and have spent every second of that time improving every aspect of our company. We will always continue to improve our services, and we are always welcome to hearing your feedback or suggestions for any of the services we provide!

I needed help after picking the wrong OS, and they answered my ticket super fast and fixed my problem quickly. Their support is seriously some of the best I've ever seen! Plus, the server have been really good so far, I'm loving my experience and would totally recommend them to anyone!

Overbilling. I tried to cancel the service, they kept billing. Hard to email 30 times and eventually reverse the charges with bank.

Hello, Your cancellation request was not submitted properly the first time, which we informed you of in our earlier communication. As noted in your support ticket, we issued a refund for the eligible charges. However, we were unable to refund the full amount since the VPS remained active and continued to use bandwidth during that service period. As mentioned in our message: > “We can only issue a refund on invoice #10086, as invoice #9676 was during the active service period where usage occurred.” Additionally, we have not received any emails from you. It’s likely you are sending messages to an unmonitored or incorrect address. Please note that all support and account matters must be handled through our ticket system, as that is our official method of communication. Thank you for your understanding.
