The half moon custom shade fit and…
The half moon custom shade fit and works. There were zero written instructions in the box. The cost seems about 3 times too high for what it is, but it did come as promised and it works!

Excellent Customer Service
Excellent Customer Service – 5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an issue with my new motorized zebra shade after installation and contacted Graywind for assistance. Their customer service was excellent. They sent me a video showing me what to do and then personally talked me through the adjustment while I was working on the shade. They were patient, knowledgeable, and stayed with me through the process until everything was corrected. The shade is now working perfectly and I’m very happy with it. It’s easy to sell a product, but the real test is how a company responds when a customer needs help. Graywind really came through for me. Great product and outstanding customer service. Highly recommended! Regards Hector Colon

First I just love the Quality and beauty of my Blinds. What a breathtaking piece of Art! The simple statement of freshness that they bring to my Dining room! But what puts the Cherry on the top, is the help that you receive with any questions or concerns. One big beautiful package from start to finish!

Poor Support
I was about to place an order doe patio door roller shades and had questions regarding mounting depth. I emailed a sketch with dimensions and emailed. 1st email back was not only no help but they never looked at the sketch. Emailed support again asking for advice and the response was just a cut and paste type solution. I would have liked a live callback but they have no support #. I ended up purchasing from SmartWings.

Dear Marko， We’re sorry that our initial responses did not provide the clear and specific guidance you were looking for. After receiving your feedback, our team followed up with a more detailed explanation, including images to clarify the mounting requirements, and we appreciate your acknowledgment of our quick response. We’d also like to clarify that phone support is available when needed. If you prefer assistance by phone, please let us know and our team will be happy to arrange a call with you. We appreciate your feedback and will continue improving the clarity and quality of our pre-sales support. Best regards Graywind team

Graywind Blinds -- reliable, with help if you need it
My Graywind blinds worked for 3 and 4 years each, no problems whatsoever, until one of them finally glitched. I made an easy online tech appointment, we worked through possible solutions in a Zoom call, and they determined that one of my remotes had gone bad. Even though I was long out of warranty, they FedExed me a replacement, and using the emailed instructions, got it back working again in a matter of minutes. I couldn't be happier with the care that Graywind took with me, and continue to be impressed with their products!
