The product I wanted was out of stock and took over two weeks to get what the product which came in two different shipments. But quality product and otherwise great experience. Friendly and helpful staff.

Came in to look for a recumbent bike. Several phone calls first, to gather information. Courteous and informative. Actual visit to the store was good; I bought the bike that suited my space and needs, with delivery arranged and done. Good job! PS other equipment is so tantalizing!

1 WEEK LATE ON DELIVERY! I called the delivery phone number and was treated with total disrespect!! Bottom line, I like the equipment. I spent over $6000. However, I cannot recommend Gym Source because the service AFTER the sale was unsatisfactory.

Even if you're a regular customer, unless you're there to buy an expensive piece of equipment, even if you came into the store first, you take second priority.

I have only dealt with the Nashua NH location. I originally went to Gym Source to purchase a simple item and check out options for home gyms. The assistance and information I received helped me purchase and build my dream home gym. It has been about 6 months and I couldn't be happier. Anytime I find that I am in need of additional equipment I can email my contact at the local location, get answers and order everything needed. A++

Adrian in the Rockville store was great to deal with on the sale, worked a discount for me with a memorial day sale and gave a better warranty than original. The delivery men were nice, efficient and quick in and out. The Octane elliptical I received is awesome. I have not dealt with them for service but feel they will deliver. Would recommend. 7
