purchased a stationary bicycle, salesperson very knowledgable and helpful in making my decision. delivery became a bit trying. the initial delivery was to consist of delivery of the bike and moving 2 pieces of existing equipment. The first team of men were in a hurry setting the bike up without locking the seat in place and then stated they could not take the time to move the existing equipment. A second team of men were then sent to finish the job. They could not have been nicer. They were helpful, polite, a joy to have in my house.

I was not impressed with the delivery and service department.

Went on Presidents Day weekend and got a great deal on a treadmill. Salesperson was helpful without being pushy. The place was also very understanding of us having to have our children with us when browsing. Delivery and installation went smoothly and they took the time to answer all my questions. I would recommend them without hesitation.

I have purchased multiple items from the Gym Source in Cherry Hill and have always been impressed with their knowledge of the equipment and fitness suggestions. Only once, was I disappointed. This was concerning a piece of equipment, it's delivery, and it's installation. BUT, once the problem was called out, the store manager AND a rep from Corporate did everything in their power to correct the issue, to my great satisfaction. Great store, great staff, great corporate support!!!

The sales staff at Gym Source is always awesome and this transaction was more of the same. As for my bike, it is a beast. It's the ultimate high intensity workout machine. If you want something easy, don't buy this bike. It's easy to assemble and it's commercial grade. Many crossfit gyms are buying them due to their quality and the workout they provide. It might be expensive but its worth the cost.

The Equipment is 1st rate. More importantly, the service and Wes were outstanding and I look forward to future purchases and support from the Gym source.

I expected to walk onto a car lot. It wasn't that at all. They had a good selection of equipment, knowledgeable guy to talk with, and a no-pressure that made me want to come back and purchase.

Love the treadmill.
