Unfortunately, we experienced a glitch last year that sent the lawyer letter to several customers who had already returned their equipment so we do apologize for this inconvenience. Additionally, I do not see that we have spoken to you since then. I have not seen any calls, emails, or messages since August of 2023. What number have you been contacting? I spoke with your provider and they also say they have not heard from you since last year. If you are experiencing any difficulties with your devices, please give us a call at (888) 780- 3450.
